Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

  • Bags must be unused and in their original condition, with tags, dust bag and packaging included.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unworn and in their original packaging, unless they arrive damaged or not as described.
  • Gift cards can’t be returned.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@cronovi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. Items sent back without authorization can’t be accepted.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them with a tracked shipping service. Keep your tracking number until your refund is complete.

Return shipping costs
If you change your mind, you pay for return shipping. Return shipping is free if your item arrived damaged, faulty, not what you ordered, or not as described.

Damaged, faulty, wrong or not as described
If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, is different from what you ordered, or isn’t as described on our site, email us with your order number and clear photos. We’ll refund you in full, return shipping included, or send a replacement if you prefer. In some cases you won’t need to send the item back.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to post it.

Refused or unclaimed parcels
If you refuse a parcel or don’t collect it, it will be sent back to us. Once it arrives, we’ll refund the price of the items minus the cost of returning the parcel to us.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@cronovi.com. After that, the order may already be with our fulfilment partner. If so, the normal return process applies.
