We currently ship to addresses in Canada. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–18 business days from the order date.
Will I pay duties or taxes on delivery?
Possibly. Our products ship from outside Canada, so Canada Border Services Agency and the carrier may charge import duties, GST/HST and a handling fee when your parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also use "Track Your Order" in the site menu.
What sizes do you use?
Shoes and boots are listed in US men's sizes. Each product page has a size chart showing the matching EU number printed on the label. Order your usual US size. Coats and knitwear list fit notes on each product page.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original condition and packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes. Buy 2 items and save 10%, or buy 3 or more and save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

How do I care for my coat or boots?
Follow the care label on each item. In general: brush off dirt after wear, let leather and suede dry naturally away from heat, and store coats on a wide hanger.
