All prices on this site are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Billing terms
Your payment method is charged in full, once, when you place your order. Cronovi does not use subscriptions or recurring billing. You'll receive an order confirmation email showing the exact amount charged.
If a refund is due under our Refund Policy, it is returned to your original payment method within the timeframe stated there. If you think you've been charged in error, please email support@cronovi.com before contacting your bank so we can fix it quickly.
Bundle discounts
Our multi-item discounts (2 items 10% off, 3 or more items 15% off) are applied automatically at checkout. They can't be combined with other discount codes.
Taxes, duties and import charges
Orders ship from outside Canada. Canadian import duties, GST/HST and any carrier handling fees are not included in our prices and may be charged by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Payment security
All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. Cronovi never sees or stores your full card details.
